The Camel Driver at the Siq- Petra, Jordan

Buried for centuries and uncovered only in 1997 are the remains of what was once a Nabatean frieze carved into the rocky walls of the Siq which show the lower portion of a camel herder and the feet of two camels. They are larger than life and the camel herder seems to be heading towards the city and the water channel is seen behind.
